We believe that the Word of God is authoritative and inerrant and thus should be our authority on how we live, worship, and interact with others. At Redeemer we preach expositionally through the bible.

This means we walk through a books of the Bible or selected texts without omission. As we read through the text in its entirety, we see the biblical principles and learn applications within Scripture.

This style of preaching ensures the pastor touches on all verses within a given text, even difficult ones. This prevents the pastor from avoiding convicting passages or using the pulpit to promote his own agenda. We preach through the Bible and trust the Holy Spirit to do the hard work of applying those biblical principles to each area of our lives.
